The most popular traditional Chinese self-defense art in the world, CLF is a highly effective method encompassing all aspects of empty handed fighting against single and multiple, as well as armed and unarmed attackers.  The system also teaches traditional Chinese weapons.  Instruction is in the lineage of the famous Kung-Fu Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong. Group classes are Tuesday, Thursday from 6:00 to 7:00 PM and Friday from 6:30 to 7:30 PM. Private instruction is scheduled with one’s personal instructor.
